He is also a Professor of Human Anatomy, Human Physiology and Sports Medicine in Public Institute of Vocational Training of Patra. He held the prestigious appointment as Dean of the faculty of Dentistry, Dijlah University College and Senior OMFS Surgeon, OMFS Department, Alyarmouk Teaching Hospital, Baghdad, Iraq where he supervised residents in their work to obtain their degree in OMFS. He has published several research studies and holds the position of Editor in chief, Editor and Reviewer for several research journals. He is currently working at Eastman Institute for Oral Health, University of Rochester, New York, USA.
