Dr. Goldman holds two Physician & Surgeon Medical Degrees and two Medical Doctorates and has served as a Senior Fellow at the Lincoln Filene Center, Tufts University and as an Affiliate at the Philosophy of Education Research Center, Graduate School of Education, Harvard University. He also holds Visiting Professorship at numerous medical universities around the world. He co-founded and served as Chairman of the Board of Life Science Holdings and Organ Inc, biomedical research & development companies which had over 150 medical patents under development in the areas of brain resuscitation, trauma and emergency medicine, organ transplant and blood preservation technologies. These led to the formation of Organ Recovery Systems Inc. and then LifeLine Scientific Inc, a Public Company, which became a world leader in organ preservation and transport. Dr. Goldman has served as Chairman of the International Medical Commission for over 30 years, overseeing Sports Medicine Committees in over 194 nations and as Chairman of the IFBB and NPC Medical Commissions. Dr. Goldman also served as Chairman of the AAU/USA Sports Medicine Council, which oversaw several million amateur athletes. He is the founder of NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), the premier fitness certification organization and coined the term CPT (Certified Personal Trainer) and wrote the first certification exam ever done for that profession. Dr. Navari received the Ph.D. degree at the University of Virginia, and the M.D. degree at the Medical College of Virginia. He received training in internal medicine at the University of Alabama in Birmingham, and was a Fellow in Hematology and Oncology at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, University of Washington School of Medicine. He is board certified in internal medicine and medical oncology. From 1983 to 1998, he served on the Clinical Faculty of the University of Alabama Birmingham and was a practicing medical oncologist in the Simon-Williamson Clinic. During this time, he was Chairman of the Department of Medicine and President of the Simon-Williamson Clinic, Director of the Bone Marrow Transplantation Program and Director of the Comprehensive Cancer Program at Baptist Medical Center. In 1997, he was elected a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. During 1998-99, he was a Fellow in Clinical Medical Ethics in the MacLean Center for Clinical Medical Ethics at the University of Chicago. He joined the faculty of the College of Science of the University of Notre Dame (UND) in 1999 as Director of the Walther Cancer Research Center. He was appointed Associate Dean, College of Science, in 2000. In July, 2005, he became Professor of Medicine, Assistant Dean and Director, Indiana University School of Medicine South Bend (IUSM SB), and Adjunct Professor of Biochemistry, University of Notre Dame. In 2011, he was appointed Clinical Director, Harper Cancer Research Institute, a partnership between IUSM SB and UND. He was promoted to Associate Dean in 2012. Along with the medical students at IUSM SB, he founded the IUSM SB Student Outreach Clinic in 2013 and was appointed the Clinic’s first Medical Director. In 2014, he joined the World Health Organization as Director, Cancer Care Program, Eastern Europe. In 2015, he became Director, Cancer Care Program, Central and South America. In 2016, he joined the Division of Hematology Oncology at the University of Alabama Birmingham School of Medicine as Professor of Medicine and the UAB Comprehensive Cancer Center as Senior Scientist.

He is a senior Resident in family medicine in the Secretaria de Saude de Porto Alegre (Brazil). Antonio Moschetta born in 1973, after receiving his MD with honors in Internal Medicine from the University of Bari in 1997, he received the PhD in Hepatology and Gastroenterology at the University Medical Center of Utrecht in the Netherlands in 2001. He completed his postdoctoral training as Howard Hughes Medical Institute Research Fellow at UT Southwestern in USA. In 2005 at the age of 32, returned to Italy and started his own independent laboratory at the Fondazione Mario Negri Sud in Santa Maria Imbaro and he served as first as Assistant, then as Associate Professor of Internal Medicine and Clinical Nutrition at the University of Bari Aldo Moro, Bari, Italy. He also chaired as Scientific Director in 2014 the National Cancer Center Istituto Tumori "Giovanni Paolo II" of Bari. Since September 2005, his laboratory has had a major impact in the field of nuclear receptors, with a special relevance and emphasis in gastrointestinal biology and pathophysiology. At the moment he is a Professor of Internal Medicine at the University of Bari (Italy), the Dean of the Medical Degree Course at the University of Bari, and Director of Residency School in Internal Medicine, University of Bari, Italy.

Dr Georgios Tsoulfas received his medical degree from Brown University School of Medicine and completed his general surgery residency at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, as well as a transplant research fellowship at the Starzl Transplant Institute at the University of Pittsburgh. He then completed a two-year transplantation surgery fellowship at the Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School and then joined the Division of Solid Organ Transplantation and Hepatobiliary Surgery at the University of Rochester Medical Center as an Associate Professor of Surgery. He has currently moved back to Greece, where he is an Associate Professor of Surgery at the Aristoteleion University of Thessaloniki.
