Andres J Washington has completed in education in the year 1974 in New York University in the department of Fingerprint classification. He has experience in the performance of fingerprint identification encompasses research and study of the dermatoglyphic configurations. He has provided instruction on the identification of fingerprints for the City of New York Department of Correction Training Academy; which included lectures in that discipline. During 1988, he assisted in the composition of a lesson plan on fingerprint interpretation. By 1989, he was known within the department to hold an interest in this area. It was in that year and the subsequent that the Department of Correction City of New York authorized my attendance into the FBI fingerprint classes. From 1979 to the present, he has been conducting independent research on the combination of fingerprint patterns and their frequency for each digit. In reference to the filing of ten set fingerprint record cards, he is familiar with the Henry System of Fingerprint Classification and Filing. However, he has originally noted that the classification formula derived after an examination of the fingerprints varies according to jurisdictional venue.

Lalit Pratap Chandravanshi completed Ph.D. research work under the joint supervision of Dr. Vinay K Khanna, Developmental Toxicology Division, CSIR-Indian Institute of Toxicology Research, Lucknow, India and Prof. Sarwat Sultana, Department of Toxicology, Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi, India. Thus, he received 5 years of research experience. His thesis title was “Mechanism of arsenic induced neurotoxicity in developing rats” There is much less information on the effects of arsenic on the developing brain. It is proposed to investigate its impact during early developmental stages on neurobehavioral abnormalities, including social interaction, learning and memory deficits and understand the mechanisms involved in such alterations, including the role of neuronal circuits involved in the signaling cascade and behavioral functions and how these neural mechanism modulates at the time of arsenic induced developmental neurotoxicity. In view of increasing risk of exposure of growing children and associated health risks, the present thesis, experimental studies have been carried out to investigate the effect of arsenic exposure during perinatal (GD6 – PD21) and early life (PD22 – PD59) periods in rats on selected behavioral and neurochemical alterations in cholinergic (frontal cortex, hippocampus) and dopaminergic (corpus striatum) system of the brain and also investigate theses changes are transients or persistent after withdrawal of exposure on PD45 and PD90 respectively. The results of the present study exhibit that functional deficits specially in learning - memory and motor activity following arsenic exposure at low doses may be associated with alterations in brain cholinergic and dopaminergic systems respectively. Increased oxidative stress and mitochondrial impairment associated with enhanced apoptosis appears to be important contributors in arsenic induced cholinergic and dopaminergic dysfunctions and exhibit vulnerability of developing rats to the toxic effects of arsenic. Brain biogenic amine and their metabolites levels were also impaired in specific region and associated with behavior modification. Neurobehavioural, neurochemical and histological changes were correlated with arsenic levels in dose dependent manner in specific brain regions. Although a trend of recovery was observed on withdrawal of arsenic exposure, perinatal exposure to arsenic resulted to cause severe changes in behavioral and neurochemical endpoints as changes remained persistent in rats exposed to arsenic at a higher dose. On the basis of finding we concluded that dopaminergic system is more vulnerable as compared to cholinergic system of the brain after the withdrawal of arsenic exposure. As a part of my doctoral work, he has published three research articles in international journals.
