Chronic Endometritis(CE) refers to continuing inflammation within the endometrial lining that is secondary to bacterial organisms. Reproductive failure has been associated with CE for labelling a diagnosis of Cephams cells(PC) visualization within the endometrial stroma is considered the criteria. The prevalence in infertile women especially those with recurrent implantation failure(RIF) varies markedly. This discrepancy is there because of no diagnostic criteria that has been agreed upon. Here we have carried out a systematic review to decide what should be the best diagnostic criteria, either on the basis of EB or hysteroscopy as per the international committee on the hysteroscopy group or the newer data that suggests checking PC density(PCD) i n endometrial biopsy (EB) samples based on presence of PC even in fertile women and using 95%.....

Two of the most common complaints about menopause are hot flashes and night sweats. Although menopause hormone therapy (MHT) is considered the gold standard treatment for hot flashes, many women request non-hormonal treatments either because hormonal treatment is contraindicated or due to the patient’s refusal to use it. Serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs), selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), pregabalin and gabapentin seem to be an attractive alternative for women to ameliorate the frequency and severity of menopausal vasomotor symptoms (VMS)......

Calcium homeostasis and bone density are 2 important functions of Vitamin D in human beings. To mediate its biologic functions, it utilizes Vitamin D receptors, that are present mostly in calcium regulating tissues like the bone and parathyroid glands [1]. Still finding Vitamin D receptors within the reproductive tissues like the ovary, endometrium, testis. Hypothalamus along with pituitary has stimulated the study of Vitamin Ds role in human reproduction [1]. Previous studies showed that Vitamin D can change the antimullerian hormone (AMH) signaling, follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) sensitivity and progesterone (P) Production and release in human granulose cells as per Irani M and Merhi Z [1]......

Doctors will boast that their patients are not shy and tell them everything but that is not how it is. Patients, especially men, are a hindrance to themselves. Erectile dysfunction or the more embarrassing bent knob of Peyronie’s is something most men fear to admit. Even when they do summon the courage to talk to the
doctor the best they can do is euphemise. This tells the doctor that the problem is more than physical, it is also psychological. Treat with care. The patient will be referred to a urologist. The penis is unique......

Adenomyosis is a frequent condition, being present in 20% of general gynae population [1,2] and 30-40% of those attending assisted reproductive technology clinics, having a detrimental effect on cases of in vitro fertilization (IVF) [3,4]. Its main characteristics are presence of heterotopic endometrial glands and stroma within the myometrium, >2.5mm in depth of myometrium or more than one microscopic field at 10times magnification from the endometrium-myometrium junction, along with a variable degree of adjacent myometrial hyperplasia, causing globular and cystic enlargement of the myometrium, with some cysts filled with extravasated, hemolyzed red blood cells and siderophages [5]......

That increased progesterone(P) that is present on the day of human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG)trigger has an effect on the probable chances of a pregnancy resulting following a fresh embryo transfer has been a point that can be debated over the last 25 years [1-3]. A meta-analysis conducted by Venetis et al in 2013, confirmed the negative effect of progesterone on pregnancy following an ET [3]. They Further confirmed that by using proper analytical approaches one can find this correlation [4]......

The world health organization (WHO), since 1948, has defined health as “a state of complete physical, mental, and social wellbeing, not merely the absence of disease or infirmity”. This was later expanded to include intellectual, environmental, and spiritual health. This is a very remarkable statement, considering that it was
originally created in 1948(WHO) [1]. Personal responsibility is the driving force reflected in the above definition of health given by WHO, and the purpose defines destiny to achieve good health. If a state of ongoing health is our choice and purpose, then it is up to us to strive for this destiny ourselves......

Sildenafil citrate (SC) is a medicinal drug used to treat male erectile dysfunction and pulmonary hypertension. Sildenafil is a selective and potent competitive inhibitor of the cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) -specific phosphodiesterase-type 5 (PDE-5) enzymes, which, by preventing the breakdown of cGMP, potentiate the action of NO in tissues that contain PDE-5. Thus, increasing vasodilatation and potentiating the effects of nitrous oxide (NO) on the vascular smooth muscle [1-2]......

Urological diseases have two groups of causes: Decreased Oxygen Utilization and Jinn. Decreased Oxygen Utilization is caused by Positive Ions from man-made activities. Positive ions induce acidity and inflammation in our body, which are at the base of almost all diseases; the best treatment against Positive Ions is the use of Negative Ions, while Medicine is powerless in many cases. What is amazing, the Negative Ions help also to diagnose the presence of the Jinn as a cause of the disease and remove the Evil of Satan as Allah “sent down upon you from the sky, rain by which to purify you and remove from you the evil (suggestions) of Satan and to make steadfast your hearts and plant firmly thereby your feet.”.....

Rights are often perceived as unproblematic and normative, perhaps particularly in childhood where rights are primarily positioned as protective and participatory. However, in a landscape where the rights of trans* and gender non-conforming are an increasing focus, rights are once again revealed as being contested, controversial and in-conflict. While trans* identities are constructed by some as being normative, simply part of the continuum of gender identity, for others, trans* is perceived as ‘disorder’ both biologically and socially [1]......

Delayed puberty is extremely common condition in both boys and girls. Delayed puberty is defined clinically as the absence of the first signs of physical and hormonal signs of pubertal development beyond the normal range for the population. In the developed world, this means the absence of breast development by age 12 years in girls, or absence of testicular enlargement by age 14 years in boys. However, there are racial and ethnic variations in the timing of puberty, such as earlier onset of puberty in African American girls compared with Caucasian counterparts (Table 1). Puberty may be delayed for several years and still occurs normally, in which case it is considered constitutional delay, a variation of healthy physical development......

Their supernatural power (invisible in their natural state, shape-shifter, flying around the World in a second, illusion creation, possibility to possess the humans and create all kind of problems and even kill) can explain the mysteries, the diseases with unknown causes, unexplained Infertility. Knowing the traps of Shaytan (Satan or Devil or Evil Jinn) will help to diagnose properly and to remove the Evil of Shaytan. The Treatment of the Infertility (and of the diseases) caused by Black Magic or Jinn Possession or Evil Eye is only Ruqya, the specific verses of the Noble Quran, combined with the Negative Ions treatment for the quicker and better results......

After the LOTUS 1 trial with a multicenter double placebo, double dummy design it has proved an equal efficacy if not superiority of oral D, over micronized vaginal progesterone and it seems D might soon become the standard of care for LPS in conventional IVF cycles besides its routine indication for recurrent abortions......

Do It-Yourself (DIY) use of hormones in the transgender population is increasing due to waiting lists of 2-3 years to the first appointment in a transgender healthcare center (THC). A “gate keeping” model, psychological assessment procedures and supposed highly specialized endocrinological treatments all contribute to these long waiting lists However, there is no reason why trained competent primary care physicians would not be able to support and accompany transgender people in hormonal replacement
therapy. Online treatment by trained primary care physicians offers a solution for the growing waiting lists. In addition THCs should leave their personal kingdoms and go the same way in favor of the safety of transgender people......
