He is well known for his inventions in cancer nano-targeted therapy and deep cancer photodynamic therapy. Since 1996, He had been a professor of Institute of Scientific and Industrial Research, Osaka University. He is Emeritus Professor, Osaka University. For 2012 to 2019 he was the director of the Wakasa Wan Energy Research Center. Since 2019 he is an engineering advisor, Iwatani R&D Center, Iwatani Corporation, Japan. He has investigated his researches focused on atomic diffusion and porous metallic materials, in particular, on fabrication, mechanical and physical properties, and industrial applications. He performed pioneering work on fabrication and properties of porous metals. He clarified various mechanical and physical properties of porous metals. He was awarded Gold Medal in 2019 from Japan Institute of Metals, Prize for Science and Technology, the Commendation for Science and Technology by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology in 2007, and the Medal with Purple Ribbon from the Emperor in 2009.

Messaoud-boureghda Mohamedzine was born in 1956 in Chelghoum-Ugly (eastern Algerian) or he did his primary schooling, that is Constantine (east Algerian) he continued his secondary studies, He did his higher studies from 1974 at the university of Mhamed-bougara (Boumerdes Algerian center). He has done his Ph. D in environmental management and ingenorate in food technology. He teaches as a researcher since 1980 until today in the same university modules related to the environment.

He is Assistant director of the Directorate of Manufacturing and Chairman of Scientific Research and Industrial Development Department in the Military Housing Establishment (MILIHOUSE) and Director of Manufacturing Directorate. He is Member of the teaching staff Professor in the rank of excellent and first class and Head of Textile and spinning Engineering department in Faculty of Chemical and Petroleum Engineering in Al-Baath University previously, member of the Central Committee for Quality and accreditation at Al-Baath University. Changsi Peng, Dr, Professor, received his Doctorate of Science in the Institute of Physics (IOP), Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China, in 1998; and his Doctorate of Engineering in the Optoelectronics Research Centre (ORC), Tampere University of Technology, Tampere, Finland, in 2009. During 1998 - 2001, he was working as an associate professor in IOP, and an STA fellow in ETL, Tsukuba, Japan. In 2001, he joined ORC, where he has been engaged in research for growth and processing of III-V semiconductors, photonics devices and nano-technology. By the end of 2009, he was invited as a distinguished professor by Soochow University, Suzhou, China, where the research of his group is focused on semiconductor molecular beam epitaxy and nano-bionics. In June 2018, he joined the University of Bedsfordshire as a professor. He has published 1 book (Springer) and 4 book chapters, 24 patents (12 was granted) and over 140 papers in peer-reviewed journals and international conferences. He has coordinated, led, and co-led 9 Chinese, Finnish and EU projects. Based on the initial research of his group, 1 EU H-2020 FET project and 1 UK EPSRC project was approved in 2017.

He has published 4 books and over 150 research papers in various peer reviewed international journals of repute. He has worked as a visiting Scientist/Professor in USA for over three years and visited different labs at Italy, France, Iran, Thailand, Germany, Kuwait, Hong Kong and Brazil for three to four months in similar capacity to conduct different collaborative research projects related to HIV-1 molecular biology, molecular epidemiology, bioinformatics and HIV-1 genome structure based antiHIV-1drug design etc. He has one US patent to his credit. He has been awarded with ICMR’s Senior Scientist Fellowship 2014-15 in Biomedical Sciences under Indo-USA joint research programme.
