He was a Scientific research has been a career and passion of mine since his undergraduate studies in chemistry, forensic science, and criminal law where he researched the online sale and distribution of marijuana seeds. Using the plant specific DNA of the various strains and various online databases they were able to team up with the Drug Enforcement Agency to create marijuana seed profiles to help track the distribution of marijuana seeds. This continued through his academic career with his Ph.D. research and dissertation where he developed a new kind of molecularly imprinted polymer sensor. His Ph.D. research directly lead to a patent pending material that can improve on antibodies for chemical measurements, and form stable sensors. Currently, he is working at Tekscan researching and developing flexible conductive, pressure sensitive, dielectric, and adhesive screen printable polymer inks for wearable force, temperature, and humidity sensing and the wearable material to support such a sensor.

Sobhi obtained his Ph.D. in Clinical Bioanalytical Chemistry, with a specialization in synthetic bioorganic chemistry from Cleveland State University in 2008. Following his M.S. in Synthetic Organic Chemistry in 2005. In 2008 he was appointed as an NIH Post-Doctoral Fellow, at the Center for Mitochondrial Diseases at the Department of Pharmacology, at Case Western Reserve University, School of Medicine. In 2014 Dr. Sobhi was promoted to the rank of an Associate Professor of organic and clinical chemistry in the Department of Natural Science at Coppin State University. Since 2011, Dr. Sobhi has established his research lab (Coppin Center for Organic Synthesis). Shortly after he was awarded the Minority-Serving Institution Faculty Scholar in Cancer Research Awards from the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR). In 2012 Dr. Sobhi received NASA / NAI Astrobiology Faculty Fellowship, and in 2013 he was awarded the NAP-NASA/ MIRS- Award 2013, and was appointed as visitor scientist at NASA. In 2015 Dr. Sobhi was awarded the Wilson H. Elkins Professorships, from the University System of Maryland. Furthermore, Dr. Sobhi is the recipient of the 2015/2016 University System of Maryland Board of Regents Faculty award USM/ BOR Board for research and innovation. Dr. Sobhi has published numerous papers in peer-reviewed journals and has presented his research at national and international conferences. His experience and interests in organic synthesis ranges from methodology development to multistep organic synthesis. The implementation of greener methodologies for halogen (iodine and fluorine) incorporation reactions, the use of supported reagents, heterogeneous catalysts, and ionic liquids and unconventional methodologies like microwave assisted reaction or ultrasonic techniques are the highlights of my initial research pursuit. His post-doctoral research and current work involves the design and synthesis of nucleoside analogues (oxo-, thio-, carbo- and seleno-) and sometimes their pro-drugs for potential applications (anti-viral agents, anti-cancer agents, adenosine receptor targets, heat shock protein targets, etc.). Several years of research experience along with a consistent record of scientific publications attest to my desire for excellence in research.
Synthetic organic, Novel Fluorinated Carbocyclic Nucleosides
Dr. Asara is an Associate Professor at Harvard Medical School and the Director of the Mass Spectrometry Facility at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, MA. He received his Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from Michigan State University in 1999 and did postdoctoral work at Harvard University in proteomics before a short stint at a biotechnology company. He then established the mass spectrometry facility at BIDMC in 2004 with a single used instrument starting with proteomics analysis and has grown the core into a multi-omics facility capable of proteomics, phosphoproteomics, metabolomics, lipidomics, stable isotope labeling and flux analysis using state-of-the-art Orbitrap and hybrid triple quadrupole instrumentation. Dr. Asara has developed methods for label-free quantification of peptides and proteins, in-gel stable isotope labeling as well as cross-species analyses of immunoprecipitation tandem MS data for biomarker discovery. A decade ago, Dr. Asara sequenced collagen peptides from both 68 million year old Tyrannosaurusrex and 80 million year old Brachylophosaurus fossils that preserved soft tissues. He has also developed polarity switching targeted metabolomics methods and untargeted lipidomics platformsfrom any biological source including 13C/15N metabolic flux platforms. His current research involves a serial-omics approach by using a single tiny sample of tumor tissue, biological fluid or cell pellet and then performing proteomics, metabolomics and lipidomics and integrating those datasets into a biological model. Dr. Asara has co-authored nearly200 peer reviewed manuscripts.

He received his B. Sc, M. Sc., degrees in 1997 and 2001 respectively from Purvanchal University Jaunpur, India and M. Phil. and Ph.D. degrees in 2003 and 2007, respectively, from The University of Delhi, India. From March 2006 to September 2009, he was postdoctoral fellows at various South African Institutes/Universities. Dr. Mumtaz A Quraishi is a Chair Professor at the Center of Research Excellence in Corrosion at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM), Saudi Arabia. He obtained Ph.D. in Synthetic Organic Chemistry in 1986 from Kurukshetra University, and awarded D.Sc. in 2004 from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh in the field of Corrosion Inhibition of Industrial Metals and Alloys. He has teaching experience more than 35 years. He hastaught a course on corrosion and its control for more than fifteen years to UG students. He supervised 18 PhD students and 31 M.Tech. students in the field of corrosion and its control. Dr Adeem Mahmood is currently working as an Assistant Professor in Synthetic Organic & Natural Product Chemistry at the Department of Chemistry, King Saud University, KSA since Sep-2014. Before joining KSU, Dr Adeem worked as an Assistant Professor of Synthetic Organic Chemistry for the Department of Chemistry, COMSATS Institute, Abbottabad, Pakistan from Feb-2012 to Aug-2014. Dr. Adeem Mahmood obtained his M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry from the Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan, Pakistan, completing his thesis work at PMRC (Pakistan Medical Research Council) Nishter Medical College, Multan. Dr. Muhammad Ramzan Saeed Ashraf Janjua is currently serving as Assistant Professor at KFUPM (Chemistry Department). He earned his Ph.D. (Physical Chemistry) in 2010 from NENU, China. My research interests are focused in synthesis of new compounds and their complexes of expected antitumor, antibacterial, antifungal, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, ...etc activities in addition to their solution equilibria and kinetics. I have a large experience in the field of the coordination chemistry of organotin(IV) complexes. Finally, I have reported relevant studies on solution chemistry and solid-state structures of a number of transition metal complexes in addition to their uses as biological models in bioinorganic chemistry. I had published about 65 papers in these areas of scientific research. I am a reviewer for a number of national and international funding agencies.

He received his PhD (Biology), From Kanazawa University 1967 and PhD (Medicine) Gunma University in 1973, and was post doctoral fellow at Gunma University, school of medicine, Department of Microbiology. He became Research associate (1975), Lecturlar in Kanazawa Medical University (1979), Associate Professor (1982), and Professor (1987). He has taught immunology/Serology to the first Medical Class (1979), as chair of the first medical class student since 1987. Professor Yamaguchi has lectured another medical school of Japan as well as Medical and Pharmaceutical School of Mainland China and Taiwan. He had been investigating materno-foetal relation, especially maternal effect on her offspring. In the last stage of his investigation, Professor Yamaguchi proved to the maternal cell traffic to her young. This phenomenon had been established to the gynecological field as micro-chimerism.

He was born on August 29, 1950 in the village of Frunze in the Tyupsky District of the Kirghiz SSR. In 1965, he graduated from the 8-year school in the village of Svetly Mys and in 1967 he graduated from the secondary school in Kurmenty. In 1967, he began working in SMU-13 of the company "Alma-Ataotdelstroy." In 1968-1973 years. he studied at the metallurgical faculty of KazPTI. In 1969, the commissar of the SSO (student construction team), in 1969-1973. secretary of the Komsomol organization of the faculty. In 1970-73 years. For his excellent studies he was a Leninist scholar. In 1973 he graduated from Kaz-PTI with honors in metallurgy in metallurgy of non-ferrous metals and enrolled in full-time postgraduate study at the Department of MHNFM. He was the Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists of the Faculty. In 1978 he defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of technical sciences, worked as a junior and senior researcher at the Department of Metallurgy of Heavy Non-Ferrous Metals. He conducted research on the processes of sulphide reduction, agglomeration of copper concentrates on Irtysh honey, electric smelting of copper charge at the smelting plant of the DGMK. In 1979 he worked as a senior teacher of the chair of the MHNFM and in 1980 was elected as an assistant professor of the department. In 1980 - 1983gg. Deputy Dean of the Metallurgical Faculty.

Patrice Berthod (born in 1963 in Decize/Nièvre/France) is currently an Assistant Professor at the University of Lorraine (France) since 1999. Before he obtained a Bachelor (1985) and a Master of Science (1987) in Mechanics of Solids, an engineer diploma from the Ecole Centrale de Lille in Mechanical Engineering (1987), a Ph.D. in Science and Engineering of Materials (1993) and an Ability to Supervise Researches (2010). His previous professional experiences were teacher in mathematics, industrial research & development engineer in metallurgy and foundry, teacher in metallurgy and foundry in an Engineers high school. His current teaching activities at the Faculty of Science and Technologies of the University of Lorraine in Vandoeuvre-lès-Nancy concern inorganic chemistry, metallurgy, mechanical properties of materials, corrosion. His research works at the Institute Jean Lamour (UMR CNRS 7198) deals with the metallurgy and high temperature properties of super alloys, micro structures of cast irons, corrosion of dental alloys.

In 1979 started working in Industrial Chemistry Research Institute ( ICHRI) in Warsaw. Since 1984 Prof.Ewa Kicko-Walczak-Head of Laboratory of Thermoset Resins in above Institute. In 1985 receipt of Doctor Technical Science title from Institute ICHRI (with special distinguish) and in 2012 she received a D.SC.in technology chemistry from Engineering and Technology Chemistry Faculty of Cracow University of Technology. D. degree in Organic Chemistry. From 2000 to 2002, he was a postdoctoral fellow under the mentorship of Professor Samuel Braverman at Bar-Ilan University, Israel. In 2011he promoted to Associate Professor and in 2016 he was appointed as a full Professor of Organic chemistry at Cairo University. He joined the scientific school of Prof. A. S. Shawali in 1996 and he has published 120 scientific papers and reviews all in international journals in the fields of synthetic organic chemistry, chemistry of hydrazonoylhalides, chemistry of enaminones, green chemistry and bioactive heterocyclic chemistry(There are about 1028 citations of his work from 2000 until march2017 (h-index 19). In 2004, he moved to do PhD at Gottingen University under the supervision of Prof Herbert W Roesky, a Pioneer organometallic chemistry Scientist. He completed his PhD in 2007 with high honors. Dr Gurubasavaraj got selected to Prestigious Japan Society for Promotion of Science, (JSPS postdoctoral Fellowship) Japan in his first attempt.
