Abstract

First reported by Stringer [1], Pete Throb Figure 1, a midteen from Oink Town, UK, presented with what we now know to be the world’s largest pimple (acne vulgaris). While flareups were normally associated with the nose, other parts of the body, most notably the buttocks, were also reported [2].
