Abstract
Congenital laryngeal web constitutes 5% of all congenital laryngeal anomalies. Most of them are either present at birth or in
the first few months of life but very rarely at an older age group. It needs both meticulous evaluation and imperative management
to the earliest as its presentation can range anywhere between perpetual dysphonia to permanent dyspnoea leading to devastating
morbidity and mortality.
