Abstract
The actual outbreak of SARSCoV2 is making clear that our world is not prepared for an unknown natural microorganism. So,
are we prepared for a biological weapons attack? We review some historic episodes that show the governments are, sometimes,
the origin of very difficult outbreaks, in their alleged search for an adequate preparedness. We talk about SARS and ebola, among
other diseases.
