Abstract
Ear-Nose-Throat (ENT) manifestations are among the most frequent clinical features of systemic and rheumatologic disorders. A
great variety of pathologies have been described including relapsing polychondritis, granulomatosis, sarcoïdosis and connectivities.
Sometimes, ENT manifestations are less common but may be the presenting features and represent a diagnostic challenge. A close
collaboration between ENT specialists, rheumatologists, and internists is mandatory to improve the diagnostic and therapeutic
management of these patients.
