Abstract
Osteomas are benign tumors of osteogenic origin. They are common in the para nasal sinuses with frontal sinus being the most
commonly involved. They are extremely slow growing and hence are usually asymptomatic and discovered incidentally. However,
large tumors can present with compressive symptoms and sinusitis due to blockage of the natural drainage of the sinus. Headache is
the commonest symptom at presentation. Complete surgical excision is the treatment of choice. We present one such case of a giant
frontal sinus osteoma that presented to us with the complaints of frontal headache and diplopia. The technique of resection along
with the review of literature is presented.
