Letter to Editor

Writing scientific research is not difficult and not easy. Its systematic process being in the mind of the researcher, sometimes according to what we need to build new hypothesis and sometimes according to develop old one. So, the researcher need to think about some considerations.

Considerations in Selecting a Research Problem

These help to ensure that your study will remain manageable and that you will remain motivated.

a. Interest

A research endeavour is usually time consuming and involves hard work and possibly unforeseen problems. One should select topic of great interest to sustain the required motivation.

b. Magnitude

It is extremely important to select a topic that you can manage within the time and resources at your disposal. Narrow the topic down to something manageable, specific and clear.

c. Measurement of Concepts

Make sure that you are clear about the indicators and measurement of concepts (if used) in your study.

d. Level of Expertise

Make sure that you have adequate level of expertise for the task you are proposing since you need to do the work yourself.

e. Relevance

Ensure that your study adds to the existing body of knowledge, bridges current gaps and is useful in policy formulation. This will help you to sustain interest in the study.

f. Availability of Data

Before finalizing the topic, make sure that data are available.

g. Ethical Issues

How ethical issues can affect the study population and how ethical problems can be overcome should be thoroughly examined at the problem formulating stage.

In any case, this research must be published and made available to others in order to be used and added to them, thus the wheel of scientific development will develop and develop knowledge.

Why we need to disseminate of researches:

a) To contribute to adding new knowledge to the current knowledge.

b) To form a distinct field of competence

c) Academic and professional training in writing research.

d) To compete with colleagues

e) To maintain communication with the research community

f) To impose quality rather than quantity in publishing.

g) Responsibility of the researcher before publishing the research paper:

h) Make sure that the search is new and is a genuine search

i) The names of all researchers must be included and it is the responsibility of the researcher who sends the research for publication.

j) Include the workplace paper, with the email of the researcher

k) The paper should be well organized and well written.

l) The researcher should stay away from counterfeiting, distortion, plagiarism, repetition of publication, search for more than one hand at one time, violation of ethics principles, lengthening and disorganization, fragmentation of search results with more than one paper.
