Introduction
The author presents the physical structure of the light cone, which divides the space-time into two parts. The information and
events in the first one is connected with each other and may form the cause-effect chains. The information and events in the other
one (dubbed “elsewhere”) cannot influence the run of events under consideration. The same general philosophy might be applied
to the motor operation patterns in humans (and other living beings) while taking into consideration temporal constraints of various
rungs of the modalities’ ladder. The latter is a mental structure originated in N.A. Bernstein’s “brain skyscraper”. Author shows at the
practical manifestations of the application of the mental model termed events’ cone.
