Abstract
The X-ray diffraction spectrum of the nano-ZrO2 compound was drawn by the Ritveld method and the crystal structure was
determined at room temperature and under normal conditions. The pure zirconia has three different crystal structures: monoclinic,
m-ZrO2, tetragonal, t-ZrO2, and cubic, c-ZrO2. The main purpose of writing this review article is: on the surface of nanoparticles of
zirconium dioxide, to convey to new researchers the results I have obtained and the results obtained by researchers around the
world.
Keywords: Nanoparticle zirconium dioxide; Monoclinic; Tetragonal; Cubic
