Abstract
The article describes the observations of renal amyloidosis, developed in the course of long-term antipsychotic therapy of
patients with schizophrenia, which can be considered as one of the variants of neuroleptic disease, this severe iatrogenic multiple
organ pathology, due to a wide range of the negative side effects of antipsychotic drugs.
