Abstract
Our analytical approach consisted in sequence alignment analysis of spike protein in different viruses, followed by construction
of phylogenetic tree. Additionally, we investigated some commotional parameters on the protein sequence determining chemical
composition as well as estimated PI .Our observation revealed significant difference in S protein between the 3 tested viruses in
different species These differences may have significant implications on pathogenesis and entry to host cell.
